I understand that Friendship Exchange does not screen members of its social
club nor its guests, and that neither the staff nor the company is to be held
responsible for any actions of any person(s) involved with club activities.
FE reserves the right to deny, cancel, or otherwise terminate membership for
behavior deemed disruptive to FE events or dangerous to others or self or other
due cause. Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable. I am representing
that I am in sufficiently good physical condition so as to be able to participate
in events without jeopardizing my health. I acknowledge that I have read, understand,
and agree to the above terms. I am also attesting to the fact that I am single
as defined by Friendship Exchange and over 21 years of age.
